Responsibilities

Administers, maintains and updates Supply Chain business systems documents, tools, applications and programs.  Analyzes and monitors Supply Chain business systems, recommends systems enhancements and helps to implement systems to automate and improve process efficiencies.  Serves as a liaison between Supply Chain and Financial Systems on organizational systems requirements.  Assists and trains Supply Chain business systems users.  Collaborates with the Senior Metrics Analyst to support organizational metrics.

Key Functions:

  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders to develop and support Supply Chain tools, applications and databases
  • Creates, maintains and updates system information (e.g., user profiles, permissions, drop-down list values, “key word” documents).
  • Coordinates and validates web upload of data (metrics, status reports, etc.,).
  • Trains users in various systems, tools and applications
  • Coordinates enhancements to Supply Chain systems, tools and applications.
  • Troubleshoots system/application issues.
  • Maintains Supply Chain file structure and permissions in the corporate document repository.
  • Supports existing business systems by evaluating and assessing system issues.
  • Develops audit tools and criteria to measure program compliance.
  • Conducts audits of systems and programs to ensure compliance.
  • Assists Supply Chain staff in developing alternative solutions to improve process efficiencies.
  • Develops functional requirements for Supply Chain system implementations.
  • Monitors and maintains Supply Chain web page with updated and current information and documentation; uses technology tools to maintain a fresh webpage appearance.
  • Monitors system feedback mailbox, system support and troubleshooting.
  • Develops system training materials for end users.

Qualifications

 

Required

  • 3 or more years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree, or 1 or more years’ experience of relevant experience with Master’s Degree.
  • Experience defining organization system needs for improvement
  • Highly organized and structured approach to project management and completion.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects at one time.
