Responsible for assisting management with the maintenance and oversight of the Corporate Property Management Systems. Ensure the system provides tracking and accountability as required by contract requirements, government regulations, and corporate policies and practices. Coordinates and advises Contracts and Property personnel on property regulatory issues and requirements interpretation. • Manages the Property life cycle outcomes for Government, customer and corporate property for assigned contracts and projects, in accordance with applicable regulations, policies and contractual requirements.

• Analyzes and researches newly acquired property items to determine tagging and tracking according to corporate, customer and/or Government requirements. Reviews financial information through SAP and other applications.

• Creates initial records within the property database and updates records as needed, utilizing objective documentation to reflect property acquisition, ownership, inventory, movement and relief of stewardship.

• Utilize Government and customer information and reporting systems as required to enter and maintain property records.

• Assists with developing educational material and provides training on the use of the corporate property system. • Educates employees on current and newly revised corporate policies and regulations as related to property management.

• Assists management with developing physical inventory schedules. Runs various reports to determine inventory status of particular items. Researches hard to locate items.

• Assists in the preparation of audit review packages by gathering required information.

• Analyzes data and data collection strategies to maximize efficiency and ensure the integrity and quality of property records.



• Typically 8 or more years of relevant experience with High School diploma, or 6 or more years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s Degree

• Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel

• Familiarity with Sunflower, SAP and/or other database systems

• Working knowledge of Property related FAR and DFARs clauses

• Basic knowledge of finance

• This role may require a clearance which is issued by the US government and US citizenship is required. 



• National Property Management Association certification or equivalent preferred

• Ability to prioritize tasks and projects

• Must possess strong organizational skills

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects at one time

• Effective interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts and work with other internal and external organizations

• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt to changing organizational needs

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Customer service orientation

• Must work well in a team environment

• Must be detail oriented
