This key leadership position is responsible for the leadership, management, planning, and operation of the Project West Wing (PWW) classified communication and information processing environment as well as its classified library and publication capabilities. Project West Wing is supports Aerospace’s corporate customers with technical intelligence research, strategic studies and analyses and operational intelligence.


Key Functions

  • Planning, budgeting, maintenance and operation of PWW classified data processing and communications infrastructure
  • Technical counsel on secure information technology solutions to USG customers
  • Management of the PWW information and communications staff
  • Management of the PWW classified document publication staff and capabilities
  • Management of the PWW classified technical intelligence library and functions
  • Liaison with Aerospace Enterprise Information Systems Group
  • Ensuring organizational compliance with all applicable U.S. Government IT related regulations
  • Planning and management of data processing and analytical tool development
  • Liaison with PWW U.S. Government classified data and network responsible authorities



  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant science or engineering discipline
  • Twelve (12) or more years of progressively responsible professional experience with data processing, network and communications infrastructures.
  • System administration experience in a heterogenous computing environment (e.g., Windows, UNIX, networking)
  • Multi-language programming skills
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II Security + CE (or the ability to immediately obtain) 
  • Experience with MS Office documentation, graphics and architectural tools
  • Ability to proactively assess IT needs and successfully devise and execute technical plans
  • Ability to take and pass USG counterintelligence polygraph test
  • A current SSBI and possess (or be immediately eligible for) a Top Secret SCI clearance and access
  • Experience leading and managing a diverse team of data management professionals



  • Experience with classified government computing and network systems
  • Working in a classified (SCIF) facility
  • Demonstrated ability to professionally engage with customers and U.S. Government personnel
  • Demonstrated creative technical and managerial problem solving under stressing conditions
