Aerospace is also focused on inspiring the next generation of scientists and engineers who will continue the work of companies like ours through our commitment to science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) outreach to students in kindergarten through 12th grade.

Once on board, employees are encouraged to become involved in our Aerospace Mentoring Initiative — either as a mentor or mentee. This program was designed to help employees develop professionally, understand the corporate environment, and learn in an atmosphere that is collaborative, constructive, and confidential. The mentoring program supports Aerospace’s commitment to building intergenerational relationships to leverage knowledge and experience and support professional growth.

Our Capabilities
The Aerospace Corporation’s federally funded research and development center (FFRDC) technical capabilities, facilities, and modeling and simulation tools were originally developed to support the Air Force’s Space and Missile Systems Center and National Reconnaissance Office in their national security space mission.
